Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in creating thoughtfully handmade bags and want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the item. Returned items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Returned with all original packaging
• Approved by us before being sent back

Once the returned bag is received and approved, it will be listed for resale.

Exchanges (Replacement Policy)

We do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are happy to offer item replacements under the following conditions:
• After your returned bag is successfully resold, you may choose another bag from our collection as a replacement.
• If the new bag selected is higher in price, the price difference must be paid before the replacement is processed.
• If the new bag selected is of equal value, no additional payment is required.
• Once payment for the replacement is completed, the new order will be processed.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue cash refunds or return payments to the original payment method. Refunds are strictly offered in the form of product replacement only, subject to the resale of the returned item.

Important Notes
• Replacement requests are processed only after the returned item has been resold.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by resale timelines.
• Items returned without approval or not meeting our return conditions will not be accepted.
